We are looking for an Experienced Accountant with extensive experience in corporate accounting to join our fast-growing Fund Administration department.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Manager.

Opportunity Financial Services is an independent, fully integrated fund administration and corporate services provider, established in Luxembourg since 2003 and authorised as a Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF) since 2009.

Led by an entrepreneurial and tech-savvy management team, Opportunity Financial Services has more than EUR 2.3 bio of Assets under Administration in the fields of Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Debt and Cryptocurrencies.

Your responsibilities:

• You will work on a portfolio of Alternative Investment Funds and Securitisation companies (the “Funds”).

• You will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Funds and will liaise with third parties, including investors and fund managers.
•  You will take care of the Funds accounts and will play an active role in the preparation of specific/periodic/regulatory reports for the Funds.
• You will handle the preparation of the Funds periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, including the coordination of the audits.
• You will take an active role in the preparation of the Tax/VAT returns and balances.

Your profile:

• You hold a Bachelor or a University degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the areas of Alternative Investment Funds administration, domiciliation or audit firms.
• You are a proficient user of Bob50 and/or Trax Accounting.
• You are fluent in English and French (any additional language is considered as an asset).
• You possess strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• You are rigorous, well organised, autonomous, and you have excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• You are a team player, able to take initiative and to deliver within tight deadlines.
